Refund Policy

All cancellations / rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before the session start time to be refunded. You can cancel or reschedule through emailing vertexsatmath@gmail.com. Sessions not cancelled/rescheduled by this 6 hour mark will be charged in full. For cancellations you will receive the full payment minus the 30 cents and 2.9% Wix booking fee (roughly 3 dollars).

 

If I need to cancel for any reason and we can’t reschedule, the entire payment will be refunded. 

 

If the student shows up but there are unforeseeable technical issues, we’ll either reschedule or the session’s payment will be refunded.
